Zest’s Neurodiversity Report

Our latest report looks at how employers can UNLOCK the potential of neurodiversity through employee benefits.

To understand the needs of neurodiverse employees and the support employers are currently offering in the workplace, Zest has commissioned a survey of 500 HR decision-makers and 2,000 UK employees – including a significant sample of neurodivergent employees – to gain useful insights into what people want and how businesses are responding to their needs.

Key findings include:

  38% of businesses report seeing an increase in the number of neurodiverse employees during the past 12 months.

 31% of HR leaders across the UK believe that neurodiverse employees have made their business more profitable.

 74% of neurodiverse employees state they need a specific benefit offering towards their needs.
